I am 50/50 on this one.
I have watched Pretty Lethal and it left me with a middle feeling. I think had really amazing moment that gave that gory look, but some moments were really cheesy and too much “gen x”. Don’t get me wrong, nothing bad about it, it just felt like an exaggeration, a caricature perhaps. Again, some scenes were really well done and unexpected.
What to know going in
- It will be cringy at times
- If you have low expectations, it will surprise you
- You just watch it that one time
If you want a movie to put while you do something else, this is perfect.
